Real estate entrepreneur and founder of Richmond-based investment firm, NestGen Capital, Williams specializes in creative investment strategies that allow sellers to quickly liquidate and resolve property, while equally providing buyers with desirable off-market investment deals.

In 2018, Williams was introduced to the real estate industry while working as a community health professional. Needless to say, she fell in love with it! What was once a side gig, turned into a second career, then ultimately a small business. 

Drawing from hands-on experience investing within the Richmond, Virginia market, Williams provides property owners a quicker and simpler way to sell property as opposed to traditional listing.

Ultimately, her mission is to help individuals and families secure a better quality of life via real estate investing. She believes it not only to be a lucrative business strategy, but arguably the foundation for financial freedom within the black community.

Outside of business pursuits, Williams has an affinity for art, music, and writing. She enjoys acrylic painting, freelance writing, and content creation.
