Chrissy Brooke is a professional dancer and yoga teacher.

Chrissy completed her 500hr yoga teacher training in Nepal in 2019 in hatha, kundalini and ashtanga. Since then she has taught yoga for 'Morning Gloryville' and is a regular teacher on the 'Urban' app. She also just shot a yoga advert for Adidas.

Chrissy trained at a full time ballet school 'The Young Dancers Academy' and finished her training at 'Laine Theatre Arts'. Chrissy has performed in West End musicals such as 'Wicked', 'Phantom of the Opera', 'An American in Paris' and 'Strictly Ballroom'. Her film and TV credits include 'Ready Player One', 'Cats', 'Eurovision, 'Cruella', 'Bridgerton', 'Tethered', 'The Brit awards', 'Graham Norton' and 'The Royal Variety Performance'. Music Videos: Robbie Williams' 'Party like a Russian' and 'Heavy Entertainment Show', Jonathan Antoine 'These are the Special Times', Paul Tabone 'Paradiso'. Chrissy won TV competition 'Dance Dance Dance' in 2017. Chrissy was recently in the new British dance musical 'Wait for Me' playing the part of Emma and she is currently filming a new Disney movie.

Yoga is a way of life. My aim is for my clients to come away from my lessons with methods for knowing how to calm their minds bodies and spirits. I wish to share tools with them that will change their way of life and help them wake each morning with a smile on their face. I use Kundalini techniques, Vinyasa flow and methods of visualization. I completed my 500hr yoga teacher training in the mountains of Nepal in 2019 and since then have been on a journey of creating my own unique practice, combining my knowledge of dance and self expression to connect deeper spiritually and to grow into our highest selves.
