As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I work with women and couples to optimize their nutritional and lifestyle wellness, with a focus on their fertility health goals. I support clients' health goals using a foundational approach, focusing on a nutrient-dense, whole foods diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, hydration, healthy fats, and mineral balance. Together we can create a deep understanding of health and wellness, which is so important on our fertility journey and into parenthood. By being intentional with your nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy, you can positively impact your health and the health of your baby!

Nutrition Introduction- This includes a complete personalized health report, a 30 minute Initial Interview, the following week we will have a 30 minute Recommendation Visit, followed by weekly check ins through the first month.

Monthly Nutrition Journey - A monthly membership for established clients. It includes 3 monthly 60 minute follow up calls and an informal weekly check in through chat. Every 90 days we will run a new personalized health report to track the progress we make towards your health goals.
