More About Me:

I am a proud San Francisco, CA native, and now I live about 35 minutes outside SF.

My professional background is in Human Resources, which I fell into years ago through a welfare-to-work program as a single mom. That program saved me and allowed me to create a life for myself and my son, ending my family's poverty cycle. My son is now in one of the top universities in the country (proud mama). I'm now married with my second child (a daughter), who's about to enter middle school.

After many years of daydreaming of a more fulfilling career and dealing with loss, grief, and toxic work environments, I quit my job in the fall of 2021, hired a life and biz coach, and found my calling, life coaching!

I love my family, food, music, alone time (I'm an ambivert), and deep and meaningful conversations, and I'm excellent at researching and being resourceful.
