Highlights:30
Shadows:-50
Dust:70
Mist:10
Aberration:10
Blur:25(optional)
Filter:oakland at 2 50%

Third step:
Videostar
Search the effect hue and click on the first one called hue shift
And choose the colour shade that you want:)
