I created The Nourished Woman Blueprint (NWB) program because I know exactly how it feels to desperately want to get rid of the bloat, have balanced moods + energy, and feel confident within your own skin.
Throughout my health journey I’ve experienced:
🤰 feeling bloated, puffy, and uncomfortable after EVERY SINGLE THING I ate, no matter how healthy it was

🪫 low energy/chronic fatigue

With all the time I was spending on research and doing what I thought were “all the right things” to do you’d think I would have figured it out by then, but I ultimately learned a hard lesson: information does not equal transformation.
Instead of continuing to feel frustrated in my journey, I invested in a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) to help me…AND I got my life back!
This in turn led me to become an NTP as well in order to help empower other women on a similar journey.
