What is Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW) & why might this be important to you?

ERW is living, structured, hydrogen-rich water that is created via electrolysis. There is an innovative technology that was created in Japan almost 50 years ago that starts off by filtering your tap water (getting rid of many of the contaminants while keeping the naturally-occurring minerals) and then continues on to ionise your water. This ionisation creates alkalised water that is structured & antioxidant-rich due to its high concentration of diatomic molecular hydrogen!
