Owner Operators

Mike and Michelle Clark

Mike started working for McDonald’s in 1979. He became an Owner Operator in 1991 & purchased his first McDonald’s in Mount Laurel, NJ. Michelle started working for McDonald’s in 1983, then became an Owner Operator in 2000. They have won several awards during their McDonald’s careers as Owner Operators.

Mike & Michelle have been married for 27 years. They have three sons (Johnny, Brian, & Michael), who are all working towards becoming McDonald’s Owner Operators.

Director of Operations

Michele Andreano

Michele has been working for McDonald's since 1981, then she began working with Owner Operator Mike Clark in 1993. Michele has been the Director of Operations since 2001 & she oversees all (10) of Clark Family McDonald’s locations.

    2. Norma started working for McDonald’s in 1992 & was promoted to Supervisor in 2017. She supervises Eagle Plaza, Larchmont, Magnolia, & Mount Holly. Norma has been awarded with several awards during her McDonald’s career with Clark Family McDonald’s & McDonald’s Corporation.

    4. Ryan started working for McDonald's in 2002 & was promoted to Supervisor in 2021.  He supervises Edgewater Park, Medford, & Pennsauken.

    5. Garnet Mighty

    6. Garnet was promoted to Supervisor in 2008 & has been with Clark Family McDonald’s since February 2023. He supervises Bristol & Levittown.

    2. Dawn started working for McDonald’s in 1981 & was promoted to General Manager in 1985. She has been the GM at Mount Laurel since 2011.

    4. Jefferson started working for McDonald's in 2005 & was promoted to General Manager in 2013. Jefferson is also the Operations Technology person for Clark Family McDonald’s.

    15. Jeremy Jack — (Pennsauken)

    16. Jeremy started working for McDonald’s in 2019 as a Department Manager and was promoted to General Manager in September 2024.

    17. Tracy Veal — (Levittown)

    18. Tracy started working for McDonald’s in 1985 & was promoted to General Manager in 2023. She has been with Clark Family McDonald’s since February 2023.

    19. Shirley Roane — (Bristol)

    20. Shirley started working for McDonald’s in 1992 & was promoted to General Manager in 1994. She has been with Clark Family McDonald’s since February 2023.

    The Future of Clark Family McDonald’s

    Johnny, Brian, & Michael are the sons of Mike & Michelle Clark. All three are actively working towards their goal on becoming the future Owner Operators of Clark Family McDonald’s & carrying on their parents legacy in McDonald’s.

    1. Johnny Clark

    2. Johnny started working for McDonald’s in 2010. He graduated from Drexel University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, then graduated from Hamburger University in 2022. 

Johnny currently supervises Edgewater Park, Magnolia, Bristol, & Medford. He is also the Digital & Delivery Lead, as well as an OTP Pro for the organization.  

Johnny assists with all fundraisers & McTeacher’s Nights that are hosted at all (10) locations. He also put together the rebuilding plan for Edgewater Park.

    4. The General Managers select one of their employees to be Employee of the Year who exemplify hard work, support, & dedication.

    6. All (10) locations participate in Employee of the Month every month. Managers select an employee to be recognized for their hard work each month. They get their picture taken with the fry & it’s posted on our social media!

    8. The stores are given a sales goal to meet, then they get to celebrate after meeting their goal for all the hard work they have put in!

    Employee & Store Celebrations

    Each store is provided with an “Enthusiasm Calendar” each month with events for them to celebrate. The calendar includes events like any holidays, birthdays, theme days, graduations, baby showers, national holidays, & many more! Check out some of our store celebrations below!

    2. The stores celebrate holidays like New Years, Valentine’s Day, St. Patty’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & many others. The employees bring in food, decorate, & dress up according to the holiday to celebrate! 

The stores also celebrate National Holidays every month. They bring in food and/or dress up according to the holiday. If the local sports teams like the Phillies & the Eagles are having an awesome season, the employees will wear their jerseys to work to show their support!

    8. As Owner Operators, it’s important that our employees have some fun outside of the workplace with their co-workers & us too! We enjoy having company outings with our employees because of the fun we have, but it’s also our way of saying thank you for all of their hard work.

We have multiple outings throughout the year with all of our Supervisors, General Managers, Department Managers, & Swing Managers. We have had our outings at Top Golf, private bowling alleys, & dinners. We also brought our Supervisors & General Managers to a Phillies game in a private suite with catered food/drinks!  

The General Managers at each store will take their employees out to dinner or to places like an Escape Room for a fun team building activity!

    2. McTeacher’s Night is a fundraising event that involves both the students & their teachers. The teachers “work” during the fundraiser & serve the meals to their students, then 20% of sales are donated to the school. Clark Family McDonald’s has raised over $10,000 total for the local schools!

We also sell select menu items at a very reduced price for sports organizations to sell at their snack stands. They are able to charge what they would like & they keep the profits.
