Health is Happiness 🌸

I recently qualified as a dental nurse which I absolutely love👩🏼‍⚕️
Alongside this I inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle, which I do from my phone 📲

My boyfriend Lucas, mother-in-law Sandy and I, have the most beautiful Jack Russell puppy name Franklyn.
He is a bundle of joy and has such a little personality 🐶💗

Lucas and I got our first home together in March 2019.
Which has been a rollercoaster, but I have loved every second of it! 🏡

I lead quite a busy lifestyle, but I’ve got into a routine now where I am able to balance work, family and my social life 💚

I thought I’d make a blog, more for myself as a diary but for others to enjoy too💙
