My coaching journey started in 2009. I studied social work at the University of Montana and knew I wanted to help people, but wasn't sure how exactly. I had many dreams and big life goals, but I just didn't know how I was going to do it all, or which dream to focus on first!
Around this time I became a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and discovered my purpose. Through this experience I realized the impact positive role models can have on teen girls, and became passionate about coaching girls to fulfill their potential. Since then I have improved more than 1,000 young women and girls' confidence levels and career clarity.
Currently I am studying applied positive psychology and psychology of coaching through the University of East London's distance learning program. I study happiness, hope, purpose, goal accomplishment, and grit.
My mission is to help all young women and girls find their purpose, set big, scary, bold goals, declare their strengths to the world, and conquer with confidence - because the world needs more women with vision, purpose, and perseverance.
Through private and group coaching I can help transform you, your daughter / niece / neighbor into a girl that is truly unlimited. Session topics include discovering your purpose, declaring strengths + skills, creating an action plan, improving time management, establishing positive habits, and resiliency tools.
When not coaching or studying, I can be found hiking with my dog, Molly, playing fetch with my cat, Cookie, or enjoying time with my family.
