Creating Calm Sessions

Empowering children with tools to feel safe & calm

One on One or Small Group Workshops

We coach children to be more aware of the symptoms of anxiety and the tools they can use to help them navigate their way through life and thrive. Just in the same way that kids need a coach to help them learn dance or basketball, they also need a skilled adult to teach them how to regulate their emotions and apply calm tools when they need it throughout the day.

Creating Calm Sessions are a blend of
• Calm breathing
• Therapeutic movement
• Mindfulness techniques
• Art Therapy
• Play based activities
• Restorative yoga poses
