The GeoDrop allows you to drop a digital asset (COIN Tokens) on the tile you’re standing on. The next time someone gets near that tile and geomines with COIN, they’ll collect your reward!
The steps to Geodropping ⛏
▪︎Open COIN and make sure you’re logged in to the correct account.
▪︎Select the number at the top of your screen representing the COIN Tokens you have in your COIN account.
▪︎Select GEODROPS.
▪︎Select ADD DROP.
▪︎Select how much COIN you want to geodrop. Slide the slider left to right to increase the number.
▪︎Next to Tile, you can select where you want to drop your COIN. Current will drop the XYO where you’re at right now. Any will drop the XYO on a random tile.
▪︎If you want to geodrop your COIN to someone specific, enter the email address associated with their COIN account under Restrict to Email.
▪︎If you want to add a comment on your geodrop, enter a note under Note.
▪︎Fee? Not yet! Geodropping is currently a free service of the COIN app — enjoy!
▪︎Select CANCEL if you change your mind or DONE if you’re ready to geodrop.
▪︎Make it rain!
When you Geoclaim a tile, you are becoming an owner of the tile for the remainder of the campaign (Currently UTC Monday to UTC Sunday).

▪︎Tap on the Purple Flag to get started. You will be brought to the Geoclaim Screen with your own predefined area, with size and cost determined for each campaign.

▪︎To Geoclaim this tile, tap the +5 COIN button in the bottom right corner. This will take 5 COIN from your total in the app and give you a percentage of the area. (Note that the COIN you spend to Geoclaim will not be refunded to your total)

▪︎After you spend your 5 COIN, you will now be an official owner of this area! See your rank of where you stand in the purple Rank section. You will also notice a percentage of this tile you own. This shows how likely you are to collect the 10% of what is mined in your freshly claimed tile. You can increase this percentage by adding additional COIN.
🏴Geoclaim Rewards🏴
When another user is Geomining in your area, you can collect 10% of their geomining rewards.
If there are multiple Owners of one single Geoclaimed Area, each 10% of rewards will be distributed to one of the Owners based on percent owned.
An Owner with 100% ownership of a Geoclaimed Area will receive the 10% of rewards every time.
An Owner with 50% ownership of a Geoclaimed Area will receive the 10% of rewards half of the time.
An Owner with 25% ownership will receive the 10% of a miners reward a quarter of the time.
The percentage of what you own in a Geoclaimed Area is dependant on how much COIN you have invested in the Area in relation to the total amount added to the area. You can see how much COIN has been earned by all of the Owners of an area to the right of the number of current Owners.
The redeem price of XYO, ETH, and BTC are determined by taking the highest of the current price, the avg of the previous day's price, and the last 7 day avg price.
In order to withdraw or redeem your digital assets, you must meet these requirements:
▪︎The account is 2 weeks old
▪︎Mined at least 10,000.00 COIN Tokens
▪︎Have an external wallet that is capable of receiving XYO/ETH/BTC Tokens
▪︎Have not requested a withdrawal in the past 2 weeks
(The entire process could take a business day or two. If you meet those requirements, please see the withdrawal instructions below.)
⚡Setup Trust Wallet ⚡
(Any personal wallet will work as long as it is ERC-20 compatible):
▪︎Open Trust wallet
▪︎Tap XY Oracle or Ethereum
▪︎Tap Receive
▪︎COPY the address
▪︎Open COIN App
▪︎Tap the profile icon in the top left corner
▪︎Tap redeem details
▪︎Tap the pencil on the ERC-20 Wallet box
▪︎Enter your COIN account password
▪︎Tap the Wallet address box, and PASTE
▪︎Tap the green Update button.
⚡Submit a Redeem request ⚡
▪︎Tap the assets bar where the total COIN collected is displayed.
▪︎Tap "Redeem" next to the digital asset you would like to request a withdrawal for.
▪︎If you have met the above requirements, an email will be sent to you with a link to a web page where you can login and provide your wallet address.
