Apps need: prequel, Instagram, Videoleap
Instagram: add your video/photo and that search the filter "Garden" pick teh first one and add the filter, save it to your gallery.
Prequel: Put the filter "dust" The adjusts are: dust: 100%, filter: 0%, dispersion: 0%. Videoleap: go to "focus" and than you add the blur where you want. Save it and your done!
