So why self-worth?
I couldn’t tell you how many times I have sat at the bottom of my shower and cried! But now that I sit here and think about it. It has always been the same thing, Relationships!
(The first line in my dairy from 2017 one week before my journey began)
When I say relationships, this is not just romantic relationships, it was family, friends, and any time when I was relying on someone else to bring or show me love and happiness.
I would always be left feeling like I was not good enough or I didn’t do enough, and I would find myself thinking well I don’t blame them for leaving me, because I agree with them. I wasn’t good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, funny enough and the list went on. That feeling of emptiness was always there. All I wanted was to meet people that I fit in with, people that wanted and needed me and I couldn’t understand why I kept ending up in the same place feeling lonely, lost, and completely useless!
I was 30 years old when I hit my lowest point, I had just found out that my partner of 3 years had been cheating on me. My first thought was what did I do to make him do this? I believed that I was so lucky to have him and lucky to have found someone who wanted to be with me, so I must have brought this on myself.
When you don’t have self-worth, you do not believe that anything good is meant for you or could happen for you because you don’t believe you are good enough to obtain that happiness that you see on TV and around you. Your worth is attached to external factors like your appearance, your job, and your relationships.
However, self-worth is the internal sense of being good enough and worthy of love and respect from others. It is related to our own thoughts and opinions of ourselves and how we value ourselves. But unfortunately, a lot of people are never told that they are enough growing up. We are always told what we don’t do right or how we can change, and this is what creates these self-worth beliefs that then come up in our relationships and all through our lives.
So, I and here to empower women like you to take back your power & break free from the stories you have picked up along the way that have stopped you from living the life you deserve!

In this 10-week journey, you will learn to master your inner critic and let go of those negative emotions and limiting beliefs that you have been carrying around with you for so long and dictating your life. By finding these patterns that you have been running, you can start to rewrite them, then you can start to live the life you have always desired but never thought was achievable.
You will learn mindfulness practices that are going to help you reconnect to your true authentic self and start to see how life is here for you to enjoy and grow. Not Ground Hog Day, filled with feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm, stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, and just feeling lost and waiting for the next thing to go wrong.
By releasing these negative emotions and limiting beliefs, you will be able to experience your life in a whole new way because you are no longer going to have these old patterns getting in the way. This means you will find yourself feeling lighter and free to make new patterns and start to experience every day to its full potential.
You will learn how to Identify feelings when they are happening and have the tools to move through these situations with ease. This is a life-changing journey that I cannot wait to share with you.
I get to enjoy my life. I take time out for myself every day to journal, meditate, and relax. I wear the clothes that I want to, I feel free to be myself and not some preconceived notion of the person I'm supposed to be. My relationship with my husband and family has improved. I'm not bothered by the small insignificant things that used to get me down anymore because I just don't let them get to me, and if it does, I find it easier to address, acknowledge, and let go- Julia
