Mango lassi!
3 or 4 servings!
Combine in a blender
2 cups of plain yogurt
2 large mangoes (about 1 and a half pounds!,pitted,peeled,and chopped
2 tablespoons of sugar
10 ice cubs
Process until the ice is partially crushed.pour into chilled glasses.
Fruit Kefir
2 cups plain kefir
2 cups raspberries,blueberries,blackberries,chopped strawberries,or peeled,pitted,and chopped peaches,apricots or mangos
Process until smooth.refrigerate for about 24 hours,stir before serving.
