I'm a 30-year-old PNW native living in Memphis, TN. Pronouns: she/her. Queer. Married the love of my life last year. I'm not comfortable with sharing my job title just yet, but I'm a healthcare professional who works in pediatrics. I like to pole dance, mushroom hunt, and drink stupidly strong coffee.

I'm a classic seeker and I also inherited a struggle with clinical depression from my maternal line. I am a new practitioner of Buddhism in Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition, which is beginning to calm my restless spirit. I used to write fiction, but not so much anymore. I started this website to help me process and document my reflections on my fledgling Buddhism practice and mental health, and perhaps ignite my old flame for fiction writing.
