Corinne Golden Weber

Creative Producer / Multidisciplinary Creator

A Bay Area native, after graduating from UCLA in 2001, Corinne began working with acclaimed Mexican filmmaker, Alejandro González Iñárritu (Amores Perros and Birdman) and worked with him for six years on two feature films, 21 Grams and Babel as Associate Producer, and two shorts; Darkness-11’09”01 (a collaborative effort by 11 di- rectors following 9/11) and Anna (compiled with works from 35 other directors to pay homage to the world of cinema and premiered at the opening night Gala at Cannes in May of 2007) as Producer.

In the spring of 2007, Corinne moved to New York to work with Sam Mendes (American Beauty and Road to Perdition) on Revolutionary Road, and soon after, became the Director of Development at Mendes’ production company in NY. In 2008, Corinne was the Associate Producer on Away We Go, written by Dave Eggers.

In 2008, Corinne began producing on her own. She produced Americana, a feature-length documentary, and six short films: Trece Años, Laredo, Texas (dir. Topaz Adizes), Dark Yellow (dir. Glen Luchford), Wash (dir. Benjamin Flaherty), Time Doesn’t Stand Still (dir. Asa Mader/Benjamin MIllepied) for Nowness.com and The Engagement (dir. Greg Zinger). In 2009, Corinne produced a PSA for the Amazon Conservation Association, a video project for Mikhail Baryshnikov entitled “Years Later” both with director Asa Mader, and in November, teamed again with Iñárritu in Johannesburg, South Africa for a commercial for Orange, which premiered during the 2010 World Cup.

In 2010, Corinne co-founded her first non-profit called MELD (www.meld.cc), an ongoing interactive global art platform that commissions, produces and presents ground breaking and evocative artwork by inviting exceptional artists and innovative thinkers dedicated to fostering awareness and education to ‘meld’ their visions and help change the way we see the world. MELD’s debut project, “NERO” unites Berlin-based artist, Alexander Schellow with experts from different fields including architecture, history, economics and politics to explore the past, present and future of the Kifissos River in Athens, Greece in constellation with testimonies from people living in different immediate neighbor- hoods in proximity to “the river.” Large-scale animations will then be projected against natu- ral landscapes and city- scapes throughout the world. MELD is also in production on a Climate Change Opera (CCO) with Climate Scientist, Cynthia Rosenzweig and Visual Artist, Shaun Gladwell and an interactive project on bees called A SENSE OF BEE-ING.

Via the MELD platform, Corinne also produced two photography projects as part of JR’s Inside Out Project. The first was called “Eyes of Truth,” a diptych of privileged and unprivileged children living in Athens, which were posted against a wall in central Athens in October 2011, as a parallel event to TEDxAcademy. The second is a global action called “Be The Change” which united 15 countries and 26 cities around the world in a simultane- ous posting on September 21 & 22, 2012, in honor of World Peace Day. BTC also collaborated with the Global Citizens and the Global Poverty Project in NY in 2012. Corinne has given TED Talks at TEDxAcademy in English (2011) and TEDxAlsace in French (2012).

Since 2013, Corinne was the Field Producer in Paris on AHAE: Through My Window (dir. Danny Forster, 2013), Executive Producer of documentary Batalle for Rio (dir. Gonzalo Arijon, 2012-14), Line Producer of Fleur & Manu’s teaser, Winter Song (2015), Producer of UK-Singer Flo Morrissey’s music video If You Can’t Love (dir. Dustin Lynn, 2015), Producer of L’Arctique est Paris, a PSA for thearticis.org with American Artist, Mel Chin (2015), Producer of French TV-Pilot, S.T.A.R.S. (dir. Marc Boubli, 2015), consulted on the post-production of feature documentary, Whose Country?, (dir. Siam Mohamed, 2015-16), Producer of Italian Rock Band, Blanche’s music video, Chi (dir. Marc Boubli, 2016) and Director of American Soulstress, Destani Wolf’s music video, Love Me Gently. In 2017 & 2018, Corinne produced various commercials for L’Oreal (dir. Joe Roman), DS7 (dir. Rob Chiu) and Hugo Boss (dir. Thibault Jouvent), as well as a privately-commissioned documentary Portrait Piece on 12 Screens for Debra and Reza Abbaszadeh (dir. Asa Mader). She continues to do independent freelance work for Airbnb and Apple in Paris, London and Amsterdam.

In 2018, she founded Carpe Omnia Productions, a French-based Production Company, with Marc Boubli. Over the last two years, they have produced a variety of projects for Airbnb and Apple, including a documentary on Christine and the Queens for Apple Music, music videos for SaintDX and MOOG Synthesizers (dir. Martin Neumann) with Gregorie Blanc and Orane Donnadieu (Theremin & Piano) and are currently developing a number of other film projects, including Du Soleil a la Lune (an artistic film project with dir. Thibautl Jouvent), EarthX (a documen- tary with dir. Valentin Fesquet), Maldoror, (a music video for De La Romance with dir. Antilope in Berlin) and the Untitled Love Story, which she plans to direct.

In 2019, Corinne was the Production Supervisor on Stillwater, Tom McCarthy’s (Spotlight, The Visitor, Station Agent) latest film shot in Marseille and Oaklahoma starring Matt Damon and Camille Cottin.

Corinne lives between Paris, Marseille and California.
