First of all, I wana say that the video colouring and the cover colouring are NOT the same.

For the cover :
• go to the app 'polarr'
• insert your picture
• choose the filter ' diamond' and put it up to 40 - 50
• then save the picture

For the actual vid :
• go on Instagram
• swipe to the left
• insert you vid and apply the filter 'etheral'

And there you go, so easy! ✨
