About Courtney

My name is Courtney, and I practice meditation and yoga. I teach mindfulness meditation and I am trained to teach yoga for anxiety. I am currently pursuing my 200-hour RYT certification.

My focuses are:
-mindfulness meditation
-vinyasa yoga
-yoga for anxiety

I have a bachelors degree in applied arts a sciences, a masters in public health, and currently I am in nursing school!
