What's Included in Your Personalized Plan:
- VIRTUAL GOAL SETTING SESSION: A 30-50 minute session to discuss your fitness and nutrition goals, which will help me create a program tailored to you.
- (or) IN-PERSON GOAL SETTING SESSION (at Life Time Bergen County) includes an InBody scan, where you'll receive results for body weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and water weight.
- CUSTOM PROGRAMS: Your workout program will be designed for 2-5 days per week and updated monthly, based on your progress and available equipment.
- VIRTUAL TRAINING: Virtual training sessions are treated just like in-person 1:1 sessions, where I guide you through exercises and provide feedback via Teams.
