About Me

I know from personal experience that we can’t love where we are by hating the experiences that got us there.
I grew up with a dad who suffers from addiction. My parents divorced when I was a teenager.
In my first year of marriage, my husband was activated to serve a tour in Iraq.
During that tour, he developed stage 4 cancer in his neck and mouth. After surgeries, months of different therapies and rehabilitation, he is still by my side today.
We now have three kids, each with a different learning disability.
For over 15 years, I have lived with my own autoimmune diseases and chronic health issues. I am not in love with hardship, but I am in love with the lessons it teaches and I would love to share it with you.
It is my passion as a coach, mentor and public speaker to help others live a life they love because of their hardships, not in spite of them. I’m excited to get to know you and help you create the life and relationships you never thought we’re possible.
