When you arrive, I am located on the top floor, down the left hallway. My suite is on the right wall #206. If my door is closed, please wait in the lobby & I will come get you.
Cancelations
All appointments are to be rescheduled/canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charge a 25% cancellation fee.
No - Show
All no call no shows will be charged 50% of the service total. A second “no - show” will result in being banned from booking.
Late policies
Your appointment starts at your scheduled time. You are allowed a 10 minute “grace period.” Anything over 10 minutes will need to be rescheduled day of. If the appointment is not rescheduled, it will be treated as a no - show.
Extra guests
For the safety of all parties, no children will be permitted. One guest, of age, is permitted, but must not handle any equipment, tools, products, or anything of that nature.
Discounts
Only one discount or promotion can be applied per visit. Discounts cannot be combined.
All military personnel, first responders, & healthcare workers receive 15% off all services as a token of appreciation.
Please present valid ID or proof of employment at your appointment.
