For years I struggled with obsessing over fitting into a size small, fearing the scale and fearing food. I fell into patterns of restriction and binging and totally lost myself in the confusing world of fitness.
I was tired of obsessing over my body. I was tired of having no balance between fitness and life and SICK of feeling unhappy with who I was.
I was tired of struggling with terrible anxiety, cramping, and unmanageable PMS.
I started focusing on STRENGTH. I started eating and lifting like a GROWN ASS WOMAN, I started diving deep within my MIND.. and the game changed.🔥
My mission is to continue to help women overcome their fears and step into their POWER, to help them see their true potential - to help them see how beautiful and STRONG they really are.
To show women how to work WITH their bodies, not against it - by building strong physiques while supporting hormones without restriction so they can finally achieve sustainable results and LOVE everything about themselves - all while improving PMS and cycle health so they don’t have to dread their periods anymore. 💗
