The Living Room

Cozy 1 bedroom open for bookings

This 1 bedroom unit is located right by the 10 fwy and is next to literally everything. It includes a full kitchen with stainless steal refrigerator, WiFi, board games, smart TVs, blow up mattresses for extra guests, and AC and a laundry unit shared within the complex.

Game Night!

This space is perfect for a romantic getaway, game night, fight-night or self care.

New AC unit installed perfect for a hot summer day in Los Angeles.

The Bedroom

Enjoy this warm cozy room. Includes: Queen bed, Smart TV with led lights. (Netflix, Hulu HBO etc.)

The Bathroom

Cleaned daily.

Full bathroom to shower or soak. Comes with complementary soap, body wash, shampoo + conditioner, candle, tooth paste, mouth wash, deodorant razors and stocked with toilet paper.

Complimentary wine

On the house

Enjoy a bottle of wine during your stay on us.

Onsite wash room

Our on-site washroom is located in the back of the building. We have two washers and two dryers shared with other tenants in the building.

Place to dine.

No eating on the room or living room.

The kitchen

Full kitchen includes, pots, pans, Keurig, wines glasses plates, silverware and a place to eat. 

Refrigerator

Full refrigerator available for use.

Complementary coffee on us

Enjoy as much coffee and creamer as you would like during your stay.

Closet Space  —

Room for your clothes and bulk items. Closet included hangers, iron, ironing board and hamper for dirty linen and towels.
