Here is my little story.
-I used to be a person with several inferiority complexes. At that time, my highest weight reached 110kg (called fat boy every day). Maybe you don’t understand it, but I’ve been called this way for a long time. I’m not confident enough to do anything, no longer express my own opinions. People do what they say, completely passive
-My view of life at the time was that I had no ideas at all. I did what my family said because my confidence was hit. I wanted to work (reject), start a business (reject), travel with friends (reject), count down (reject) It’s been 8 years since I stayed at home to do family business (Western food). I feel like I’m back home and facing the walls. There are not two people who are severely autistic and inferior
-Because even though I weigh 110 kilograms, I am a person who likes to exercise very much. By chance, I saw a girl’s story on IG in 2018 years as an exercise class. At that time, I wanted to find a place to exercise. Forget all your worries, because I don’t have time to think about it because I’m breathing.) I contacted my current coach Hooi Li and went to the twc lifestyleclub in KD UPTOWN to start my slimming process.
-At that time, I would exercise for an hour once a week because of the distance, but even so, my coach was very washable and carefully guided me to join the 10day program, teaching me to eat the right food and nutrition to make my body thin I actually lost 27 kg in just 7 months (100kg> 72kg, 30% bodyfat> 15% bodyfat). My belly turned into abdominal muscles. This is something I never thought of before and I dare not expect it.
-Even at MCO, my coach and I haven’t seen each other for a year. She gave me a cake on my birthday, and as an old student, she kept her original intention to take care of me. This is not always Individuals can do it. This is one of the places I am most grateful for my coach. It’s great for students
I think this is a place where I can learn from her
-When I lose weight now, I feel that my self-confidence is back. It is completely different from before. I have become more self-disciplined. I understand that if I eat the right food and maintain daily exercise, I have met a large group of people who can lose weight together. Buddy, time has become more fulfilling
It turns out that a plan can really bring about a change in life. I am no longer the self-esteem I used to be, but now I want to become better and better and more confident to do anything. I believe this is what I want in life. Pursuit, so today we don’t need to be other people, we have to work hard to make ourselves better
Now my goal is to help more people find their health and the body they want through our plan
