Thinking Unconventionally!
EXPRESSIONS- The action of making known one’s thoughts or feelings
Humans are by nature social animals. Since time immemorial, we have continued to cater to our psychological urge to socialize and to find a sense of common thoughts and beliefs. And to think that we are special in this way is a common misconception. But to label the better and better ways to “make known our thoughts and feelings” we have come across after years of evolution as special is, I believe, underrated and that is precisely what i wish to change.
While the dictionary might call it an action, the word expression has much more to it and it goes far beyond just making our thoughts known.
We express how we perceive the world and the way we think every second of our lives and through almost everything there is- be it music, paintings, dance, drama, cooking, photography, gestures or even demeanor. It’s simple. Emotions form the basis and ignite the constant urge to express. We express what we feel and our feelings, our emotions do not have any boundaries.
We tend to express ourselves in a subtle way. For instance, wallpapers!
WALLPAPERS speak of us a tad louder than we tend to imagine. It speaks of our personalities and the way we choose to perceive life.
With the idea of gathering growing artists, collecting their masterpieces and sharing it with the right audience, I plan on appreciating and encouraging existing talent (something that we have neglected for only so long and it’s about time we start giving credit to those who truly deserve it) further helping them get recognition for their marvelous work the right way, all by means of this website!

About
How do we work?
DamnitScreen targets two sets of people-
- Creators
- Viewers
* CREATORS- growing artists and photographers, looking for a platform to promote their work and wishing to receive well earned credit, ideally send us their 'miscellaneous' art pieces in order to give the audience a gist of their pure talent.
* VIEWERS- the target audience of the website, have access to the following: the creators’ details, links to the creators’ instagram/facebook/twitter and other pages, and snapshots of art pieces provided for the sake of preview which can further be used as free wallpapers by the viewers as and when they like it.
P.S. the submitted art pieces will be solely used to provide a free collection of wallpapers to the viewers further promoting the creators’ art within an audience willing to appreciate the tremendous talent around which otherwise would go to waste.
