we get a discount + a monthly "bonus" if we exceed our monthly sales goal that gets divided among the staff and given as "closet cash" which is like monopoly money to use on merchandise in the store! so I typically figure out what I really want & try to wait until the end of the month to put my closet cash towards one big purchase!

what I do:
I started working at plato's in march 2021 & worked my way up from a sales associate to a keyholder. I work hands on with our customers on the floor, behind the counter on the register & going through buys that come into the store becoming our inventory. As a keyholder, I'm responsible for closing down the store, making sure everything is ready for the next day. I also help manage our social media to promote/market our inventory, events & our store as a whole🤍
