Bonjour à tous! My name is Dawn...

...and I'm here to tell you that aging is no joke.

My husband and I bought and moved to our campsite here in France in December, 2018.

Ok yes, we're in our 50's and knew this would be hard work (as the existing campsite was in ruin) but honestly, we had no idea the amount of energy needed to run the day to day maintenance.

Fast forward a couple of covid years later and we're still here, looking forward to welcoming our guests once again as the season begins.

With a few years under my belt, I now know what lies ahead. Long hours performing many different tasks...cleaner, dishwasher, gardener, chef & receptionist to name a few!

But this year, I have a secret weapon.

How do I have the energy and the right nutrition to make the long days? How can look forward to waking up with energy to begin the day?
