Greetings!!
I’ve struggled with obesity my entire life. 20 years ago, I was nearly 500 lbs and had been on numerous diets, however the weight always came roaring back, PLUS some. Desperate for a ‘cure’, I opted for a non-adjustable band weight loss surgery. While I was able to get 300 lbs off, it was not done in a healthy way and the band had to be removed. In 2008 and weighing over 300 lbs, I opted for ANOTHER weight loss surgery. I lost another 100 lbs but by 2021, my weight was up to 354 lbs!

You may be wondering why I would share something so personal and damning, for all to see? Because I’m certain I’m not alone in experiencing this struggle; at least 73.6% of the population proves that!! And I have GOOD NEWS for you - it really IS possible to be in CONTROL; to eat what you LOVE, feel better, have more energy, lose the weight you need to lose and live your BEST life! I’m living proof! And if someone like me can do it, you can too!! I’ve lost nearly 100lbs so far (as of _July 22) and going strong! I don’t feel deprived of any foods, and actually LOVE what I eat! I'm exercising more because my body is able to move more, and best of all – I’m LIVING and LOVING my life!

While following a Keto/Low Carb eating plan, I’ve garnered a ton of recipes, tricks and tips to share with you. Do you have a sweet tooth? NO PROBLEM! Do you crave salty things like chips, crackers and the like! NOT AN ISSUE! I can show you what I’ve done, and would LOVE to hear all of your recipes, tricks and tips as well! By the way, you DON’T have to do Keto or Low Carb to be supported here – just be aware the focus will be on Keto/low-carb eating.
