DC Graze, located in Potomac Maryland, was created by Author and Hosting Blogger, Adrienne Gallagher. After writing her first book, “Host and Harvest: The Art of Hosting with Creative Simple Spreads”, she decided to focus her attention to creating a business where she could help people create unique and elevated spreads.

Her charcuterie cakes are just an example of her creative out-of-the-box ideas that have made her stand out in the Hosting and Entertaining world. These cakes and grazing tables are a fun spin on the traditional idea of an event cake. DC Graze is committed to providing a unique and elevated grazing experience for your guests.

Currently, we are offering a few different services to clients. All orders should be placed through DM or Email while we wait for our website to be completed. Prices do not include travel fees or rental fees.

The Big Cheese

Our largest charcuterie cake option. This triple decker features 3 cheese wheels and grazing attire. We recommend adding a table runner or grazing table to accompany your cake. $150+

Brie Cake

The Brie cake box includes a small amount of charcuterie attire and is perfect for a golden hour dinner party by the pool and a great add on to our grazing table or runner. $65

Picnic Box

Our picnic boxes come in 3 sizes: small, medium & large. They come wrapped with ribbon and a bow. They are perfect for the chic clients! Small: $50 Medium: $80 Large: $135

When are boards and cakes prepared?

We purchase food and prepare same day. Most of the time we will be setting up at your event, so we will be transporting food in catering grade safe equipment.
*There are instances we prepare beforehand for custom work but those are subject to customer approval.

Do I refrigerate?

Do you travel? What is the travel fee?

Yes! We do charge a travel fee which is $1/mile to the location and back. When inquiring about travel please provide an exact address to the location/venue so we may calculate the travel fee and include it in the quote!

Where are you located?

We are located in Potomac, Maryland and service the DMV area.

What is the set up/clean up procedure for grazing tables and cakes?

For flat lay table runner grazing tables (no rentals provided by us) we typically require 1-2 hours of set up time at the location/venue depending on the amount of people being served. Since we do not need our rentals back and everything included in the table is disposable, clean up is simple and everything is easily tossed.

For multi dimensional prop grazing tables the same amount of time is required for set up (approximately 1-2 hours depending). We do ask that our customers remove large food particles from props before returning.

For on-site cake arrangement we will quote out if more time is needed depending on add-ons and grazing options.

When do we pick up our order?

Please arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.

How do we pay?

Currently, we are taking payment through Venmo.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of our services, we can only offer a refund within 4-5 days of your pickup/delivery date. For larger orders 1-2 weeks is required.
