I’m a lawyer who has been extremely passionate about beauty, health and skincare since 2007. I conceived the idea which is Decorus Dea in 2016, because I had a very troubled skin and could not find the right products for my skin. I realized soon enough that so many beautiful people were in the same shoe as I was. I began making handmade skincare products, test running them on myself and some loved ones, and it worked so well. I continued my research on what would work for different skin types, because I’ve always known that when it comes to skincare it’s not the cliche “one size fits all”. I soon discovered more and more ways to improve my formulation for various skin types. I knew I had to tell everyone about my new “baby” Lol, so I began my journey by walking up to strangers and different places in Victoria island (where I worked) and Badore, Ajah (where I lived) in Lagos state, Nigeria, to pitch my newest discovery and it took off from there.
