•CANCELLATIONS•
I ask for a 48 hour notice to make any changes and/or rescheduling an appointment.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged if you cancel, make changes, or reschedule within the 48 hour window of your scheduled appointment.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment will be charged if the appointment is no showed or cancelled day of.
All future appointments will be cancelled until fees are paid in full. I will charge the card on file or you will receive a digital payment request in the total amount due.
Once received, we can move forward to getting you rescheduled.
•LATE ARRIVALS•
In order to receive the best possible service.
Arrivals 15 minutes or later than the scheduled appointment time may result in an automatic cancellations and will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
•SOLO APPOINTMENTS•
I love your minis and friends, but I politely ask that you do not bring them to your appointment for their safety and crowding purposes. Our salon is ultra small and I don’t have the space for extra guests and ask that only the person receiving a service comes.
Please schedule your appointment for when you are able to come alone, or I will respectfully have to ask you to reschedule, which will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
•COLOR SERVICES•
For any color services I require a consultation prior to scheduling for any of The Define Beauty Experiences, all over colors, and color retouches for all NEW GUESTS.
The consultation is key to ensuring you get the best posible outcome of your investment and the results you are looking for.
Once consultation is complete your color services will be scheduled.
When preparing for any color service, please arrive with clean dry hair to get maximum results.
In the event that you arrive with unclean or wet hair. I would have to wash and dry your hair before starting the service and additional fees may apply.
•CURLY HAIR APPOINTMENTS•
For all curly hair appointments, I ask that you please arrive with clean, products free, detangled hair.
If for some reason it's not clean or detangled a fees may apply for the time it takes to be washed and detangled prior to the cut.
Curly cuts do get shampoo/ conditioning treatment, but only once the cut is complete.
