I discovered the joy of yoga aged 16 after taking a class with my mum. Having been a gymnast for 12 years and sustaining a back injury I decided to try something different. I tried many different sports over the years and my injury worsened. I decided to focus solely on yoga and to my joy my back pain lessened and lessened.

In 2016, working as a primary school teacher, I decided to complete my 'Groovy Kids' yoga teacher training for children. My practice deepened as I explored many different styles of yoga. I decided to make yoga my career, not just a hobby. I got my first teaching job upon completing my training in Roshikesh, India.

For me, yoga is about deepening the connection between the mind and the body, becoming fully aware of thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.

There is beauty to be found in the balance of strength, flexibility, moving with the breath and learning to practice with patience, non-judgment and self-love. My classes combine pranayama, asanas, mudras & meditation in the classic Hatha style.

Expect to move, stretch, breathe and connect deeply with yourself.
