Hi there! Im Delialah Lee, a highly trained Naturopath who specializes in women's wellness, particularity gut health, cellular nutrition and root-cause functional analysis. My passion for naturopathic medicine began early in life, as I never felt aligned with the traditional medical model and always sought out more holistic and alternative remedies. I have always been intrigued by the complex interplay between the body, mind, and spirit, and I believe that a holistic health approach can help promote balance and wellness in all areas of life.

In my practice, I work in all facets of women’s wellness and focus heavily on the microbiome and gut health, understanding the complexities of hormones and the role burnout often plays in women’s health. I believe that many women's health problems are rooted in imbalances in the gut, that often lead to adrenal fatigue, an imbalanced fight or flight response and improper stress modulation. I work closely with my clients to identify the root cause and utilize a variety of alternative and holistic modalities, including functional testing, to create a personalized wellness plan unique to each woman’s specific biochemical blueprint.

My wellness approach is truly holistic, taking into account not only the physical aspects of wellness but also the emotional and spiritual components. I rely on a vast range of natural therapies, including dietary changes, herbal remedies, nutraceuticals, stress relief techniques and lifestyle modifications, to help my clients achieve optimal wellness.
