HOW DID DELI BOYZ MEET?

WillYum has been working on music since 2010. Fast forward a decade he met some friends along his adult life after high school. First meeting fellow artist CōV in 2016, they began a friendship based around their love of music. Fast forward a few years later, they’ve added CōVs fellow classmates, Darriolaaa, and his cousin Juliano, who has been building a rap career on his own over the years. WillYum and CōV met Gxvenchy, in the later years of their college life’s at Stephen F. Austin State University. Gxvenchy learned through a friend that Yum makes music, and always wanted to make music he decided to approach Yum about making songs together. Eventually the whole 5 members of the Deli came together, and decided to lock in on this magical adventure. And it’s only the beginning.

Yes we are. That is the song that got CōV & WillYum more locally known around East Texas for being hip hop artist. The song also got plays worldwide, most notably in Africa. The song was popular enough for African artist to reach out and ask for features. We weren’t the Deli Boyz back then. That song made a few rounds across the internet and social medias like TikTok, and instagram. It first spiked into some popularity in 2019, and has been growing ever since, with new tiktoks and instagram reels almost weekly!,
