HOW DOES IT WORK?
•Pick and Create your delivery. You will create a list of items to be purchased from the selected store and share via text, notes, and/or share your list with the Instacart app or other apps that you created a list from. Super simple, just ask how! :)

•Schedule the delivery via Calendly. The link is below!

•Updates: keep your phone nearby because we ALWAYS update you. There will most likely be replacements to be discussed and we want to make sure your order is fulfilled correctly.
*Please let us know if you will be unavailable.*

•Payment options: Venmo & Apple Pay!
*open to other options!

•Contactless deliveries because we care about your safety! We will also send a photo of the groceries for confirmation of delivery!

History behind DeliveredByDee

Hi! I’m Deana, but go by Dee for short! I’m the face behind DeliveredByDee! I am 24 years old and I love to grocery shop for people!! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

In college, I met a friend who was also an Instacart shopper. She told me about it and I signed up immediately! Little did I know she was introducing me to this journey of discovering what I am meant to do. I remember thinking while shopping for an order that I could be happy with this. I could be happy with making people’s days easier by simply delivering their groceries to the front door. After I graduated, I moved to Nashville. Life got in the way and I had to go to the normal 8-5 job. I did that for a little while then off to another one. During these times, I was missing Instacart. I missed my customers I shopped for, I missed making my customers happy with their groceries. I missed the flexibility of being my own boss and making time for people when they needed help the most. With a normal 8-5, kind of hard to do what you want to do, haha. This love of customer service and control over my own schedule led me to a passion for delivering happiness to your door. I got a little lost along the way, but it has led me to DeliveredByDee!
