Welcome to a little part of my world! There is a long story as to how I ended up here. I think it’s pretty awesome what God can do with ashes and broken pottery. I love holistic remedies and what nature has to offer. Nature saved my life. I also love to honor my Savior Jesus Christ. I would have nothing without Him. I await eagerly for His return.

My desire is to help people improve their lives in whatever area they need help in.

I am here to help you step by step to break away from the things in your life that are getting in the way of your best health possible! We will meet over zoom to help you switch products etc. (that fit your needs) to live a non toxic lifestyle and get to the health level you would like to be on. Also looking at what your favorite meals are and making healthier versions of it!

Nothing is guaranteed, God holds our life and numbers our days. But how we treat our temple is important and it honors Him!

What to expect:
- Cleaning up your favorite foods, to make them healthier
- Switching products
- Getting encouragement from me
- Strengthening your faith - it’s connected to your health

It will be a half hour zoom, 4 times a month for 2 months (or longer if you wish/need).
