Ookie skateboard
This has been one of the best purchases we have made for the kids. My youngest is 2 and he is my little dare devil.. so when I saw this I had to have one! He loves it!
I push him around now so he can get the hang of it. Later on I’ll take the handle off so he can steer himself and then eventually he will then be all on his own hopefully shredding at the skate parks!
Crayola Scribble Scrubbies
These little animals that you can color on- with only super washable markers- are amazing!! You can buy them individually and they usually come with 2 markers... or you can buy kits- that come with a bath to wash them in! We have a bath but I also set out a bowl of water for them to use as well. And then it comes with a brush to give the animals a bath!
The boys love these! And it does keep them busy for quite some time. If your looking for some quiet time- I definitely recommend getting some of these!

Let them be free
My kids are home bodies. Especially since Covid started my 4 year old HATES leaving the house.
If we end up going for a drive and I see a park I try and make a stop for the boys to get out and stretch their legs. Im not going to lie- I usually look for pretty empty parks. Lots of people stress me out.
But my favorite is when parks have a large open space next to it for the kids to just run. I make them race, play tag, do laps... whatever gets them to burn off that energy. Run it off! Be wild!

Easter weekend
We had family come into town.... sister n law and niece... and wow was it so much fun seeing the kids (who are 2 weeks apart) play together and act like a couple teenagers! The attitude!! But also just seeing them giggle and play was the best!

Rae Dunn
My new obsession
My friend about a year ago got me into Rae Dunn. I walked into her house and fell in love with the pieces she had. I had a mug and that was it... well slowly but surely I now am obsessed.
But I do have to say I am not so obsessed like some people I have seen- oh man. All you ladies that hoard it.... can I please come and just stare at your collection because I am so jealous!!! If you don’t know what I’m talking about... it’s all the items with single words on them with that one special font all of us gals know so well. You can find it at tj maxx, home goods, Sierra and even now... hobby lobby.
I am apart of some local groups on Facebook and I love how it’s become some sort of friend group! Trading, sharing, hunting for each other, buying from each other... it’s actually fun! But trust me- very very addicting!!
