Ok, so pretty much everyone has heard of Covid-19 or Coronavirus right now, but please do me (the doctors and the world) a favour and stay home!

Yeah if you aren't used to isolating yourself this probably sucks but please listen to the authorities and follow whatever quarrantine protocols are in place for your country. If you don't this will only take longer to go away.

So please just deal with the quarrantine period and think of it as a story to tell people in the future.
