Initial consultation is $150.00
Hands on training is $100.00/hour.
Monthly remote coaching rate is based on individual client's needs.

If you think exercise and training are the same, you should at least book one session with us. Then you will know the significant difference between exercising and training.

At Dialed-IN Training we use only proven science to build our own physiques and our client's physiques. Over 30 years of experience has revealed what does not work and what does work. Other well respected, accomplished experts in the field also validate our training methods. The likes of Arthur Jones, inventor of Nautilus gym equipment; Dorian Yates, 6 times Mr. Olympia; Mike Mentzer, 1979 Heavyweight Mr. Olympia with a perfect 300 score; and countless others.

Every human being has different genetics, so determining what works for a certain individual requires time and documentation of results before consistent progress can be expected. This is similar in comparison to people developing a sun tan, what is ok exposure for one person, would not work for another person because of varying genetic make up of each individual.

DIET:

When it comes to diet, simply follow basic balanced nutrition guidelines of 15% good fats, 25% good protein & 60% low glycemic (50 or less out of 100) complex carbohydrates. Total calories is determined by each individuals needs to lose, maintain or gain weight.

CONTROL YOUR BLOOD SUGAR
Controling your blood sugar is also very important by simply eating your good fats first on an empty stomach, then eat your proteins and last eat your low glycemic complex carbohydrates. This will prevent an insulin response from any rapid rise in your blood sugar which would cause you to immediately put on body fat.
