Shipping and Return Policy
You may exchange a defective product purchased from Digital Daydream Art (me) by following the instructions below. All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for responses during major holidays.

I do not provide return labels. However, if your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery, return shipping costs will be refunded to you. Please contact me for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged item(s) in your order.
In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your ORIGINAL delivery date.
I do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, scratched, torn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Due to the uniqueness of my art items, I do not have duplicates to exchange with your purchased item. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported via message to me before returning, as I handle these situations on a case by case basis. Email digitaldaydreamart@yahoo.com with your issues. Stickers, as well as customized items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return/exchange. Thank you.
Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:
•Items you want exchanged or refunded
•Address to send shipment back to in the case of an exchange, if different then original shipping address
•If you are to be refunded for return, shipping costs, include proof of postage showing the amount paid.
*I recommend all shipments being sent back are done via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. I am not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier: Make sure it has some form of tracking!
I do not accept C.O.D. parcels.
Once your return shipment reaches me, I will contact you to confirm the return/ exchange. If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) via Cashapp, PayPal, or Venmo. The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. At any time during that process, I will be there to answer questions.
