Hi, I'm Rebecca. It's nice to meet you.
When I was researching a career in real estate I talked with a lot of local professionals. I realized that my skills in training, coaching and client services were a great match for real estate.
I decided at the beginning of my career that I wanted to do more than just “sell” houses. I did not want to be just another agent who merely stuck a for sale sign in the ground. Buying a new home is probably the biggest single purchase a person or family can make, so it should not be a rush decision. It takes knowledge and patience.
That is why I decided to become a local real estate resource expert. Buying, selling, and investing in real estate is more than just the property itself. It is about the neighbourhoods, the communities, and the people; it’s about the lifestyle. I enjoy continuously creating free real estate resources that will give you the knowledge to make smart real estate choices.
The other part of my job that I enjoy, is all the people I get to meet and talk with. Everyone has a story, and each one fascinates me. It is the people I meet, that I would otherwise not have known, and the life stories they share with me that I love, love, love the most about my job.
When I am not closing deals for clients, you can find me out on the local trails hiking, at the movies (well for now, I have to be satisfied with Netflix) or discovering a new local restaurant or shop. I am a strong supporter of Crime Stoppers and am the Vice-President of the Burlington Historical Society.
I start working with folks up to 12 months before their big move. So, it’s never too early to ask me questions. Simply text, “I have a question” to 226-286-0493 and ask away.
Remember: The best time to buy real estate is always five years ago.
