A little bit about me

Hi and welcome!

I’m Michelle Swist, an Intuitive Energy practitioner, teacher, spiritual mentor, and Mindfulness podcaster. My mission is to support spiritually open-minded individuals in achieving balance and harmony across their mind, body, and spirit through guidance on their healing and wellness journey.
 
As a naturally gifted empath, I possess an ability to understand and connect with the emotions and energy of others. I have honed my skills through certifications as a Crystal Reader and as a Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. These credentials enable me to employ various techniques and modalities to work with the subtle energies of the body, fostering equilibrium and facilitating healing.
 
My intuitive capacities are further enhanced by being aligned with my Clair Senses, enabling me to receive profound insights and guidance from higher realms. In my practice, I seamlessly integrate Reiki, crystals, sound healing, essential oils, and the support of angels and guides. By combining these powerful tools, I help individuals restore balance and nurture holistic healing in their mind, body, and heart.
 
Additionally, as a Mindfulness podcaster, I extend my reach by sharing valuable insights, mediations, and practices with a wide audience. Through my podcast, I strive to inspire mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth, empowering listeners to lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.

I believe that my life purpose and passion is to serve as a channel for healing love and light, which can create a ripple effect and inspire others to spread their own love and light to the world. My dedication lies in empowering and supporting others on their personal transformation and well-being journeys. Chakra Harmony

Michelle Swist's collection of guided meditations offers a comprehensive journey through the seven chakras, providing an opportunity to balance and activate each energy center within the body. What is Reiki? —

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "Universal or God's Wisdom” and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit. Not a system of religious beliefs, Reiki is simply a relaxing treatment whereas natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner (acting as a conduit) to the body of the recipient.

Intuitive Energy Session

My Intuitive Energy session helps to bring healing and balance to your entire being. Using the healing modality, Reiki, to cleanse and clear your energetic body, the process balances your chakras and works holistically on the whole body, mind, and spirit. During the session, I am able to tap into your energy to receive guidance that will help me facilitate any additional healing or clarity you may need in the moment. Depending on the type of healing needed I may use crystals, and/or essential oils to help balance, relax, and accelerate your body’s natural healing process.

Intuitive Guidance Spiritual Mentor Session

This call is designed to create a safe & supportive space to get to know you and offer guidance in your personal journey. My goal is to empower, support, and guide you to bring balance to your Mind, Body & Spirit. I will share ways to create healthy boundaries and protect your energy. Empath and Crystal guidance, intuitive development, and or dive deeper into energy healing.

Reiki Classes —

“If light is in your heart, you will find your way home.” Rumi

To learn Reiki the student must go through a series of attunements given by a Reiki Master.  These attunements transfer Reiki to the student and opens the individual permanently to the Reiki energy so that one can give Reiki to one’s self and others.

Reiki is taught in Levels (Degree’s)

*Level I (First Degree) In this degree you are connected to the source of healing Reiki energy which has the ability to gently and powerfully promote balance among all the body’s systems and the regenerative processes of body and mind. This level will help to bring about your own self development and bring harmony and healing into your life. Level I includes an overview of the history of Reiki, the hand placements, meditations, and self and group practice. You will also be introduced to the chakra/energy system.
This class emphasizes the value of self-treatment as the core of the practice and encourages the treatment of family and friends, while promoting a life-long practice through which the depth of the gifts of healing and growth are manifested.
This beginning class gives you everything needed to grow and develop this beautiful gift.

*Level II (2nd Degree) In this degree there is an expanded opening of the energy channels. The student will receive the Reiki symbols which will allow them to connect to the universal energy in a deeper way and one is taught how to send the healing energy of Reiki over a distance, as well as to other points in time.  Other advanced techniques are taught that can facilitate deep emotional healing. In this level you will also learn about becoming a Reiki practitioner and business related information. If you have not gone through Level I training with me I do require a copy of your Level I certificate before registration.

*Level III (Master Level/Teacher)  The Master Level, or Teacher Level, provides one with the ability to attune others and teach Reiki I, II, or III classes.  As a Reiki Master you are given the chance to open to the limitless potential of Reiki and connect to your own enlightened self. This level is a deep commitment, an initiation alone does not make you a Reiki Master. The intention to be Reiki and allow Reiki to be your teacher produces increased self-awareness and expands your relationship with Reiki, and all things. Along with your commitment and passion I will guide you towards a training crafted towards you and your needs. Master/Teacher training is provided for committed Level II students/practitioners as a private class. Contact me for pricing & more information.

*Reiki Mentorship
Have you been attuned to Usui Reiki and need more hands on guidance or practice? Individual Learning Sessions are available to schedule, fees will vary depending on length of session. These sessions can be in-person, by phone, or through an online Zoom session. If you are a previous student of mine, ongoing phone and e-mail support is always included.  Contact me for more information.
