DJ Cheem is a Bajan American Soca artist who spent most of his childhood living in Barbados . Cheem came back to America in 2009 but it wasn’t until 2015 when he found his passion in being a disc jockey. Cheem quickly picked up the craft of being a DJ while combining his Bajan and Jamaican background to become successful.  He started off playing at high schools then playing at college campuses around the tristate area.  Cheem also started playing weekly on WLIU radio station and he credits himself as an artist best known for his single “Gyal Ah Wine” and “Wine & Ben” with got a lot of buzz in the tristate area . Cheem continued to work and learn the business. Now Currently 2020 Dj Cheem has one of the biggest soca songs worldwide “Ba Ba Ben “ , which started as a Tik tok sensation.
