Dr. Kacyee Hart PT, DPT

Meet me, Kacyee!

Following a 4 year pitching career at Western Illinois University (Go Leathernecks!) , I went on to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis, ranked number one DPT program in the country.

Looking to combine my passion for athletics and weightlifting, I have undergone training at renowned facilities in association with Creighton University and Champion Sports Medicine (Birmingham, Al), working with collegiate athletes of all ages.

In addition to my love for athletics, I also have several years of clinical experience in patients with neurological injuries including spinal cord injury, stroke, and traumatic brain injury.

Lisa Hart, PT

Lisa received her degree in physical therapy from our local Northwestern University, bringing a seasoned 30 years experience as a therapist to the team.

Beginning her career in orthopedic sports rehabilitation, she served as a therapist for the Chicago White Sox alongside top ranked Chicagoland physicians and rehabilitation experts.

Following 15 years in orthopedics, Lisa transitioned to school based pediatrics where she has found a passion for treating children with neurological conditions and developmental delays.

Looking to take your sport performance, running, or weight lifting to the next level?

We offer individualized sports performance training for all athletes & and “weekend warriors” looking to gain speed, strength, mobility, and injury prevention to your weekly regimen.

Step 1: Sign up for our Performance Training Initial Assessment

Step 2: Indicate your primary goals for performance training in the comments section of your initial assessment ( strength, speed, running performance, injury prevention, etc)

Step 3: Want to come back for weekly progression or intermittent tune ups after your initial assessment? Sign up for a session time based on your preference (30 or 60 minute sessions)
