Our training methods strictly follow the latest science in dog training and behavior. We solely use ethical and effective techniques without the use of correction, pressure, force, coercion, or confinement. We retain the right to refuse coaching to any caregiver who refuses to follow the same approach.

You can choose the main sessions to be either in-person or online. The free follow up sessions ensure that you have the tools to carry on without us; our aim is not to get rehired for the same reason twice.

For our existing clients, we offer follow-up packages that starts from only 450 egp/ month. (Please ask about them if you're interested)

We understand that behavior change takes time, and we cannot provide a specific timeframe for progress. However, with consistency and patience, clients will begin to see results. This is similar to starting a new nutrition or fitness program, or learning a new language.

To get the best possible outcome, we advise that all family/household members implement our training techniques. And we expect you to apply training and carry out our instructions daily and/or as much as possible.

To ensure the best results, we encourage clients to stay consistent with the plan even after our sessions have concluded (Training is a process, and any behavior needs to be rewarded to continue, similarily to how we maintain our health/physique by staying consistent to our exercise/nutrition plan, or how we maintain a specific level of fluency of a language by practising it).

We offer both in-person 1:1 sessions in Cairo, and virtual online sessions for our long-distance clients (or for clients who prefer virtual training). Our in-person sessions' pricing varies according to the location. We charge +100 per session for Maadi/Dokki/Zamalek/Tagmoa/Nasr city/Heliopolis. As for October/Zayed/Madinaty/Shorouk, we charge +190 per session.

All sessions, whether online or in person, are 45 mins long, except the assessment session which is for 1 hour long. All follow up sessions are 30 mins long. We kindly ask that clients arrive on time, as tardiness after five minutes will result in a shortened session. If a client is more than 15-20 minutes late, the session may be considered paid for, and we reserve the right to leave.

We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. That's why we allow reschedules during any of the packages, provided we are given 24-hour notice or more. Any sudden rescheduling may be considered a paid session. Also, please note that too many rescheduling may affect the progress of training if the sessions are too far apart.

Payments are required in advance. And a full training plan is formulated after the assessment session. In some cases, the plan may even begin during the assessment session. (In this case, you should start right away, no need to wait for the 1st session).

Full Refund Policy:

We want our clients to be fully satisfied with our service, that's why we offer a full refund policy. We offer a full refund, no questions asked, if you request it before the start of the second session. This refund will be minus the cost of any completed sessions, including the initial assessment session (even if the assessment was free as part of a package). After the start of the second session, or if more than 2 weeks has passed since the assessment session, no refunds will be offered. We hope this policy provides you with the flexibility and assurance you need.

For confirmation of booking, payments are kindly required before the assessment session.

We want our clients to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason we need to refuse to continue sessions, we will offer a refund, minus the cost of any completed sessions.

Discounts:

We strive to provide exceptional value and support for our clients, that's why we offer a 10% discount when you renew any of the packages.
Also, for our multi-dog household clients, we offer a 20% discount on our whopper package, a 15% discount on our in-depth package, and a 10% discount on our kick-starter package.
