Who are we?

Dognosis is the first certified, humane, and science-backed dog training business in Egypt.

Originally a dentist, when Menna couldn't understand her dogs' behavior, and couldn't find a qualified dog professional in Egypt to help, she was set on helping her dogs herself.

This started by taking courses on behavior science, and later on earning a diploma in canine behavior, and certification in professional dog training. Menna was awarded her diploma with high honors from the International School of Canine Behavior and Psychology (ISCP). But as a strong believer in continuing educatuion, she didn't stop there. Menna continously enrolls in new courses on dog training, and consistently attends world-known conferences and seminars. Menna, also, religiously follows the latest scientific research on dog training and behavior.

Dognosis' mission is to change the status quo of dog training in Egypt and the Middle East. Dognosis is here to bust myths and break societal norms that shouldn't be the norm any longer.

But first and foremost, Dognosis is here to help YOU with your dog. From a previously confused dog caregiver to another, we are here so there is no confusion at all.

دوجنوسيس هي أول مؤسسة معتمدة لتدريب الكلاب في مصر، تعتمد على نهج علمي وإنساني حديث.

كطبيبة أسنان، واجهت منة صعوبة في فهم سلوك كلابها ولم تجد متخصصًا مؤهلًا في مصر لمساعدتها، مما دفعها للإصرار على تعلم كيفية فهمهم بنفسها.

بدأت رحلتها التعليمية من خلال حضور دورات في علم السلوك، وحصلت لاحقًا على دبلوم في سلوك الكلاب وشهادة احترافية في تدريب الكلاب. نالت منة دبلومتها بامتياز من المدرسة الدولية لسلوك وعلم نفس الكلاب (ISCP).

إيمانها العميق بأهمية التعلم المستمر دفعها إلى مواصلة الانضمام إلى دورات تدريبية جديدة والمشاركة في مؤتمرات وندوات عالمية. كما تواكب منة باستمرار أحدث الأبحاث العلمية المتعلقة بتدريب الكلاب وسلوكياتها.

تهدف "دوجنوسيس" إلى إحداث تغيير جذري في مجال تدريب الكلاب بمصر والشرق الأوسط من خلال تصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة وكسر القيود المجتمعية التي لم يعد لها مكان.

Terms of Engagement

Refund and Cancelation policy

Our training methods strictly follow the latest science in dog training and behavior. We solely use ethical and effective techniques without the use of correction, pressure, force, coercion, or confinement. We retain the right to refuse coaching to any caregiver who refuses to follow the same approach.

We offer customized training packages to suit your dog's unique needs: please check them out in the next page.

The free follow up programmes ensure that you have the tools to carry on without us; our aim is not to get rehired for the same reason twice.

For our existing clients, we offer follow-up packages that starts from only 550 egp/ month. (Please ask about them if you're interested)

We understand that behavior change takes time, and we cannot provide a specific timeframe for progress. However, with consistency and patience, clients will begin to see results. This is similar to starting a new nutrition or fitness program, or learning a new language.

To get the best possible outcome, we advise that all family/household members implement our training techniques. And we expect you to apply training and carry out our instructions daily and/or as frequently as possible.

To ensure the best results, we encourage clients to stay consistent with the plan even after our sessions have concluded (Training is a process, and any behavior needs to be rewarded to continue, similarily to how we maintain our health/physique by staying consistent to our exercise/nutrition plan, or how we maintain a specific level of fluency of a language by practising it).

We offer both in-person 1:1 sessions in Cairo, and virtual online sessions for our long-distance clients (or for clients who prefer virtual training). Our in-person sessions' pricing varies according to the location. We charge +100 per session for Maadi/Dokki/Zamalek/Tagmoa/Nasr city/Heliopolis. As for October/Zayed/Madinaty/Shorouk, we charge +180 per session.

All sessions, whether online or in person, are 45 mins long, except the assessment session which is for 1 hour long. All follow up sessions are 30 mins long. We kindly ask that clients arrive on time, as tardiness after five minutes will result in a shortened session. If a client is more than 15-20 minutes late, the session may be considered paid for, and we reserve the right to leave.

We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. That's why we allow reschedules during any of the packages, provided we are given 24-hour notice or more. Any sudden rescheduling may be considered a paid session. Also, please note that too many rescheduling may affect the progress of training if the sessions are too far apart.

Payments are required in advance. And a full training plan is formulated after the assessment session. In some cases, the plan may even begin during the assessment session. (In this case, you should start right away, no need to wait for the 1st session).

Full Refund Policy:

We want our clients to be fully satisfied with our service, that's why we offer a full refund policy. We offer a full refund, no questions asked, if you request it before the start of the second session. This refund will be minus the cost of any completed sessions, including the initial assessment session. After the start of the second session, or if more than 2 weeks has passed since the assessment session, no refunds will be offered. We hope this policy provides you with the flexibility and assurance you need.

For confirmation of booking, payments are kindly required before the assessment session.

We want our clients to be completely satisfied with our services. If for any reason we need to refuse to continue sessions, we will offer a refund, minus the cost of any completed sessions.

Discounts:

We strive to provide exceptional value and support for our clients, that's why we offer a 10% discount when you renew any of the packages.
Also, for our multi-dog household clients, we offer a 20% discount on our Pro Pup Pack, a 15% discount on our Star Pooch Pack, and a 10% discount on our Doggy-Starter Pack.

We may use videos and pictures for promotional and educational content. Get in touch with us, if that is a concern of yours.

خدمات التدريب وأسعار الجلسات:

نقدم جلسات شخصية ١:١ داخل القاهرة، بالإضافة إلى جلسات عبر الإنترنت لعملائنا في المحافظات أو الدول الأخرى، أو لمن يفضلون التدريب عن بُعد.

تختلف أسعار الجلسات الشخصية حسب الموقع:

رسوم انتقال قدرها ١٠٠ جنيه لكل حصة في مناطق: المعادي، الدقي، الزمالك، التجمع، مدينة نصر، ومصر الجديدة.
رسوم انتقال قدرها ١٨٠جنيه لكل حصة في مناطق: أكتوبر، زايد، مدينتي، والشروق.

مدة كل جلسة (سواء شخصية أو عبر الإنترنت) هي ٤٥ دقيقة، باستثناء جلسة التقييم التي تستغرق ٦٠ دقيقة. أما جلسات المتابعة فمدتها ٣٠ دقيقة.

نرجو الالتزام بالوقت المحدد للجلسات:
التأخر لأكثر من ٥ دقائق يؤدي إلى تقليص مدة الجلسة.
التأخر بين ١٥ إلى ٢٠ دقيقة قد يعتبر الجلسة مدفوعة مع احتفاظنا بالحق في المغادرة.

سياسة إعادة الجدولة:

ندرك أن ظروفًا طارئة قد تحدث، لذلك نسمح بإعادة الجدولة شريطة إخطارنا قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
قد يُعتبر أي طلب إعادة جدولة مفاجئ جلسة مدفوعة. كما أن إعادة الجدولة المتكررة قد تؤثر سلبًا على تقدم التدريب إذا كانت الفترات بين الجلسات متباعدة جدًا.

الدفع والاسترداد:

يتطلب الدفع المسبق لتأكيد الحجز.
بعد جلسة التقييم، يتم وضع خطة تدريبية كاملة، وقد يبدأ التنفيذ خلال نفس الجلسة عند الحاجة.

سياسة استرداد كاملة الأموال:

نحرص على رضا عملائنا الكامل، لذا نقدم سياسة استرداد شفافة:
يمكن استرداد كامل الرسوم، دون أسئلة، قبل بدء الجلسة الثانية.
يتم خصم تكلفة أي جلسات مكتملة، بما في ذلك جلسة التقييم.
بعد بدء الجلسة الثانية أو بعد مرور أسبوعين من جلسة التقييم، لن يتم تقديم استرداد.
في حال وجود سبب من طرفنا يستوجب إيقاف الجلسات، سيتم تقديم استرداد مالي باستثناء تكلفة الجلسات المكتملة.

خصم ٢٠% على الحزمة الكبيرة، ١٥% على الحزمة المتعمقة، و ١٠% على الحزمة البدائية لملاك الكلاب المتعددة.
