Some everyday must haves that will make my life a little easier.
Perfect for when you are scraping the edges of your favorite powder compact or when the dreaded happens - you drop and break your powder compact.
Cuppa, Cuppa, Cuppa Cobbler
Simply family favorite! Easy to make and super easy to remember the ingredients.
* 1 cup self-rising flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup milk
* 1 stick of butter (which is actually 1/2 cup)
* 1 can of your favorite fruit - we love peaches, blueberry, strawberry, and apple
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix the flour, sugar, and milk until just combined. Don’t over-mix, the lumps are okay. Avoid over-mixing. You want the crust to be light, makes crust tough.
Melt stick of butter in microwave. Use a small amount to grease the backing pan. Add the rest to the dry mixture and stir only until mixed.
Pour the mixture in to the pan of your choice. I use 8×8-inch or 7×12-inch baking pans.
Add the peaches and juice over the mixture and do not stir.
Put in preheated 350°F oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is browned and the peaches are bubbly.
