Spiced up my avocado toast with my homemade Chipotle salsa...muy picante! Then balance it with a sweet, crunchy avocado toast, courtesy of Dot's Almost Vegan Granola.

I like my avocado really smooth so I blend with EVOO and Himalayan sea salt, then add Dot's crunchy granola with as much or as little finesse as you want sis!

Date night is tonight so, I better be good for lunch!!
