My mission is to use my gift to help people feel things and heal things!

I am a Certified Life Coach, Grief Facilitator and Spiritual Medium.

I offer 1-on-1, hour-long Soul Guidance sessions done in-person (in Maidstone, SK) or over Zoom.
A Soul Guidance session offers insightful and transformative experiences by tapping into the energies that influence our lives, as well as channeling any messages from your Guides, Higher Self, angels, or loved ones on the other side. Individuals gain clarity and direction on personal challenges, emotional well-being and spiritual growth. Uncover blockages and develop a pathway to deeper self-awareness, empowerment and a fulfilling, harmonious life!

Why Downstream?
When going through the name selection process, I was watching a video by Esther/Abraham Hicks - everything you want is downstream, you just have to release and float. I love the analogy and I incorporate it into my practice. We are always creating and we can cultivate experiences for our highest greatest good just by releasing our grip on the oars!

In addition to Coaching and Mediumship, I am a Level 1 Pranic Energy Healer, trained Oracle card reader and also a Certified Community Mental Health worker. I currently work in disability supports and advocacy.
