My name is Alex Sol Sky. I am a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and a specialist in Cellular Detoxification, Regeneration and Fasting.

I studied a full-time 5 year Bachelor of Science Degree in Western and Chinese Medicine and graduated in 2013, at The University of The Western Cape, in Cape Town, South Africa, after which I opened my own private practice in the heart of Cape Town and practiced for 7 years.

During this time I practiced Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, Chinese Medical Massage, Moxibustion, Cupping, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, Supplementation and Lifestyle Therapy, Western Herbal Medicine, as well as Quantum Healing with a Diagnostic and Treatment device known as ‘TimeWaver’.

During this time I evolved many times on my own journey of transformation and healing, and so, in my work I always endeavour to help my clients to become more Self-Aware and Empowered through Diet, Nutrition, Lifestyle, Fasting, Breath-work, Acupressure and Embodiment Practices, Herbal Medicine and Supplementation, in understanding their own unique bodies and minds in a deeper more profound way, both from the standpoint of Ancient Chinese Medical Wisdom as well as Modern Natural Science.

My primary work today involves consulting with people on their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges, offering various forms of treatment, giving medical and lifestyle advice, and creating Detoxification Plans and Protocols, so that they may continue to clean and purify their bodies and minds, or simply to pursue a more radiant state of being, by slowly transitioning to a Plant-Based and eventually, Fruit-Based Diet.
